YouMeCon | compact Cologne

More than just "something to do with media": the Youth Media Convention | kompakt is a media event and a platform by young people for young people - from us for you. As a mixture of media convention and academy format, YouMeCon | kompakt brings young media enthusiasts together with experts and creates a space for learning, trying things out and networking. For three days, you can discover the world of media in workshops, on media tours and on panels, get to know new journalistic working methods and take part in discussions.

The next YouMeCon | kompakt will take place in Cologne from 18 to 20 October 2024. Under the motto "Breaking the News: Everything new in tomorrow's political journalism?", the second YouMeCon | kompakt will be all about the future of political reporting and the newsroom of tomorrow.
