Useful Information ------------------ Gastronomy and Hospitality During your conference, we will spoil you with delicacies from the monastery kitchen. Our chef will conjure up various coffee breaks, snacks, a lively lunch buffet and a three-course menu or buffet with seasonal components for the evening. We offer customised catering for your events. Our coffee breaks always consist of a combination of: - a fruit component - a savoury snack - something sweet to put you in a good mood On request, we can provide you with vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free alternatives. There is a surcharge of EUR 3.00 per person per day. Our lunch buffet provides you with a healthy variety and enough energy for the rest of the day. Our weekly menus are flexible and some days are completely vegetarian. If you would like meat or fish every day, we can offer you this for an extra charge of EUR 5.00 per person per day. Of course, there is always a vegetarian alternative to meat and fish. In spring and summer, we also offer a barbecue buffet on our terrace at lunchtime and in the evening for an additional charge.
