You can expect not only spacious premises where **industrial-cultural ambiance** meets **state-of-the-art infrastructure** but also an **extraordinary outdoor area** with views of the Rhine and parking facilities. **THE HALL** **235 square meters \| 8 meters high \| no columns \| air conditioning** From product presentations to TV productions and photo shoots, to pop-up stores, in-house exhibitions, and virtual events: In the **column-free hall**, there are virtually no limits to your project. Delivery and installation of larger fixtures and objects (e.g., **vehicles**) can be handled with ease. Basic ambient lighting, suspension points, and electrical outlets, as well as the necessary **internet bandwidth for streaming, are** , of course, provided. The same goes for the hall’s **air conditioning and heating**, which utilize modern technology—including a HEPA filter system—powered by electricity from renewable energy sources. Adjacent rooms also offer ample space for reception areas, backstage areas, and post-production. **THE SPACES** **2 Floors I 10 Rooms I Kitchen I Storage Space** In addition to the main hall, Hafen 12 offers ten more rooms—ranging in size from 10 square meters to 80 square meters—spread across two floors, as well as a courtyard overlooking the Rhine, all available for a variety of uses. Through a spacious entrance area, you enter the ground-floor spaces, which feature an **attractive mix of brick walls and glass surfaces** —a total of approximately 200 square meters, spread across **four rooms**. Both the hall and the courtyard are accessible from the ground floor, allowing for flexible combined use of the spaces. The upper floor covers approximately 200 square meters and is accessible both from the ground floor via a staircase and from the outside. Once upstairs, a large window offers a view of the spacious hall.
