In collaboration with ClimatePartner, CO₂ emissions have been meticulously analyzed and documented. In 2024, GenoHotel Forsbach achieved a significant reduction in total emissions to 664,436.75 kg CO₂, with emissions per overnight stay decreasing to 18.5 kg (2023: 679,323.02 kg CO₂ and 20.45 kg per overnight stay). Site Manager Benedikt Dahm emphasized the importance of the tool: "The Corporate Carbon Footprint report is a central management tool for us. It helps us identify sources of emissions, implement measures, and make progress measurable. This way, we can clearly define our sustainability goals and transparently evaluate our progress."
