Through the partnership, KAISERSCHOTE and Schloss Eicherhof are combining their networks in the corporate and event markets. The catering company contributes more than three decades of experience as well as established contacts with companies, agencies and other event industry partners. The venue will now be incorporated into KAISERSCHOTE’s client consultations, sales activities and communications.
The cooperation extends beyond catering to include the conceptual and organisational support of events. “When we commit to a venue, we do not simply want to handle events there. We want to help create them,” says André Karpinski, Managing Director of KAISERSCHOTE Event Catering.
The current Schloss Eicherhof building was constructed in the French style in 1762 and 1763. Its indoor and outdoor spaces provide several options for business and private events. The approximately 90-square-metre Hall of Mirrors accommodates up to 75 guests. Further spaces include a fireplace hall, two wing rooms and a covered veranda measuring around 80 square metres. A courtyard, a circular lawn and approximately 2,000 square metres of landscaped gardens extend the available event space.
The individual areas can be combined to create coordinated event programmes. Options include a reception on the circular lawn, live cooking on the veranda, dinner in the indoor rooms or a bar in the fireplace hall. The gardens can also be integrated into the event concept. The property is already used for corporate events, seminars, anniversaries, Christmas parties, cultural events and weddings.
The Grand Opening on 29 October will provide a first insight into the partnership.
