Sustainability
It goes without saying that sustainable realisation is part of our work. We therefore avoid disposable items as far as possible, for example our drinking straws are reusable. By using large containers from the EcoSpirits programme, we can also save CO2 emissions with every single cocktail. Thanks to our modern storage system and our sophisticated processing methods, such as dehydrating our garnishes, we minimise food waste. In this way, several tonnes of waste can be avoided every month.
