Cologne-Riehl Youth Hostel meets all the requirements for sophisticated conferences and events: comfortable rooms, state-of-the-art technology, advice and support from a professional conference team, relaxed working thanks to various recreation areas and an extended range of rooms for seminar events. All common areas and conference rooms are barrier-free.

Rooms & facilities

In addition to modern and comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms, the Cologne-Riehl Youth Hostel offers a total of 11 conference rooms. Even larger conferences and congresses can easily be held at the City-Hostel: The largest room is suitable for up to 182 people. State-of-the-art conference technology and Internet access in all seminar rooms guarantee optimal working conditions. In addition, the City of Cologne provides free parking for approx. 100 cars and 3 buses.

During breaks, you can enjoy the fresh air on the sun terrace or take a walk in the Rhine meadows. In the evening, conference guests can meet in the in-house bistro for a convivial end to the day. The proximity to the city center also invites you to take a trip to the cathedral city of Cologne.

The catering facilities at Cologne-Riehl Youth Hostel impress with their varied and flexible offer.

In a nutshell:

There is a daily breakfast buffet as well as regular lunch and dinner.
There are vegetarian and vegan dishes every day and intolerances and special dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice.
Packed lunches are available for guests who want to take something with them on the go.
When the weather is nice or on social occasions, the hostel invites you to a barbecue or BBQ evening - with a self-barbecue package or organized BBQ on request.
The hostel also has a bistro with a terrace and a coffee bar - a cozy place to end the day with a snack or drink or to get to know other guests during the lunch break.

All in all, the youth hostel offers a pleasant combination of comfort, flexibility and communal catering.

Cologne-Riehl Youth Hostel attaches great importance to low-barrier areas and a pleasant stay for all guests. Many areas of the accommodation are accessible without steps, and accessible rooms and elevators are also available. Communal areas and sanitary facilities are designed in such a way that they can also be used by people with limited mobility.
