The creative spaces offer the perfect setting for conversations that you don't want to have at your desk and provide space for topics that require foresight, openness and inspiration. Depending on the seating arrangement, the meeting spaces can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests. You can rent the spaces individually or as an entire floor on a daily basis. For larger events, we are happy to include our CaféBar and the theater in the planning. If you need overnight accommodation, we can also offer you rooms in our hostel.
Our portfolio includes a variety of rooms that are perfectly tailored to your needs. Whether you are looking for an inspiring environment for creative workshops, a professional setting for business meetings or a special location for special occasions such as press conferences or charity events - we have the right solution for you.
Our premises are also available for events such as trade fair parties, after-work parties, production offices or film shoots. Our wide range of theme worlds enables us to provide you with a tailor-made offer.

In the shared apartment we consistently focus on a purely vegetarian diet with an emphasis on regional products. When it comes to catering for our meeting spaces, we also value regional, organic-certified products. Upon request, we even offer a 100% vegan menu selection. Our coffee also comes from a regional roaster and is fairly traded.

From here you can either walk (approx. 25 minutes), take the underground (approx. 15 minutes, €2 per person) or take a taxi, which costs €10-12 depending on the time of day and traffic.
From the Dom/Hbf stop, it is best to take line 5 in the direction of Ossendorf and get off at the 2nd stop (Friesenplatz). Follow the signs down to underground line 15 (direction Ubierring) and take this line to Rudolfplatz.
From Cologne/Deutz station, simply take line 1, which will take you directly to the Rudolfplatz stop. Leave the stop in the direction of Hohezollernring / Aachener Straße. After approx. 300 metres you will see "die wohngemeinschaft" on the left-hand side. Type of event
