For groups of 30 to 120 guests, we develop custom event concepts that blend space, design, music, drinks, and atmosphere into a harmonious whole. Our style is deliberately understated: clean, timeless, and with great attention to detail. Because we believe that true comfort comes from a sense of balance—not from excess.

Our special expertise lies in bar and beverage concepts. As owners of Zum scheuen Reh and Im Schnörres, we bring over 17 years of experience in the event and hospitality industries to the table. This experience shapes every event—professional, reliable, and with a true host’s spirit.

We work exclusively with select catering partners from Cologne whom we’ve known for many years. Regional quality, short supply chains, and well-coordinated processes ensure enjoyment without compromise.

Behind Reisebüro Köln are Marco Martins and Philipp Treutdt. Two hosts who don’t just organize events—they guide them—with a willingness to listen, a clear vision, and a commitment to making every event a memorable experience.
