What is often overlooked: Teams are made up of people. With different strengths, communication styles and expectations.
This is precisely where the great opportunity lies. And this is exactly where misunderstandings, friction and conflicts arise.

This leadership training is aimed at women who want to lead teams clearly, appreciatively and effectively. The focus is on communication, attitude and clarity: How do I formulate expectations? How do I address conflicts without escalating them? How do I create orientation without exercising control?

With practical methods, reflection and concrete tools from leadership training and improvisation, we strengthen your ability to use differences in the team productively - instead of letting them become a stumbling block.

How to survive on stage

Don't be afraid of the stage, the audience or unexpected questions. In professional life, it's not just what we say that counts, but how we say it.
Many women find that their voices are overheard or misunderstood. In this workshop, you will learn how to express yourself clearly, confidently and authentically - without holding back.
We will train your stage presence, your appearance and your ability to remain confident even in unfamiliar situations - clear, authentic and free in your speech.

Using methods from improvisational theater, you will learn to react spontaneously, show poise and not hide. Mistakes? Welcome. Perfection? Unnecessary.

Lena Breuer is the founder of Impro Cologne. She is an actress, presenter, trainer, journalist, author and organizational talent with a passion. As managing director, she pulls the strings, is the artistic director of Impro Cologne, runs courses and performs on stage herself. She also works as a trainer for communication and creativity with national and international clients and travels to improv festivals worldwide. She is also the co-founder of one of the largest international improv festivals in Germany - www.improfestonline.de. She loves real, emotional scenes, stories with attitude and great nonsense on stage.

Annette Krumreihn is an actress, certified business trainer and consultant. Team and leadership development is her profession, applied improvisation is her passion, people and stories are her passion. She regularly performs on stage at Impro Cologne and teaches courses. She is also our contact person for companies.
