Workshop Team IMPROve

Whether in difficult customer meetings, discussions with colleagues or decision-making difficulties in everyday working life - this workshop offers you fresh impetus for more ease, self-confidence and freedom of action and promotes solution-oriented thinking. On top of that, it is a creative boost and team-builder without equal.

The 2.5-hour intensive course begins with a relaxed warm-up of body and mind through adapted acting exercises. It then continues with pair exercises and group games to free up and activate the creative muscle. The third part takes place on stage. Here, scenes are played through various improv variations - and the comfort zone is left behind. The course is rounded off with a reflection circle, where participants have the opportunity to share their experiences and what they can take away from the course.

The focus of the course is on fun and the desire to be able to develop freely, away from everyday working life - into creative development and towards getting to know yourself and others in a new way.
