Day 1
The first day of the Summit starts with the MEET GERMANY FORUM, which is particularly interesting for event planners who are interested in Cologne as an event destination. Exciting keynotes, practical sessions and exclusive insights into the latest trends and technologies in the MICE industry await you at the forum. Local providers and experts will present their solutions, which are specially tailored to events in and around Cologne.

After the forum, the programme continues with a discovery tour by bus through Cologne. Participants will have the opportunity to experience selected locations up close and get a first-hand impression of the city's best event options. This tour not only offers inspiration for future events, but also the opportunity to exchange ideas with other industry colleagues.

The first day ends with a highlight: the MEET GERMANY Night in the breathtaking location the view Cologne, with an unrivalled view over the city. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants can round off the day, make contacts and enjoy the special event location.

An all-round exciting and inspiring day for all event planners who want to get to know Cologne better as an event destination and network with the MICE community.

Day 2

The second day of MEET GERMANY SUMMITS begins at the brand new smartvillage Cologne-Mülheim, a state-of-the-art location for creative meetings and events that has only recently opened. This innovative environment offers event planners the perfect opportunity to be inspired by flexible room concepts and state-of-the-art equipment.

The trade visitors will then explore other exciting hotels and locations in Cologne that are ideal for events and conferences. These include the Design Offices Schanzenstraße, a location with a unique urban flair that is ideal for creative workshops and meetings. Also on the programme are the newly opened Leonardo Royal Cologne Bonn Airport and the nh Hotel Cologne, two outstanding options for events with an international audience.

The day then takes participants on towards Bonn, where they can discover some of the destination's hotspots. Here, too, there is a wide range of event options that are specially tailored to the needs of event planners.

This second day offers trade visitors a wealth of impressions and inspiration for upcoming events in the Cologne/Bonn region. From modern and flexible event locations to first-class hotels - the destination impresses with a wide range of options.
