At the kick-off, guests were treated to an exciting programme with concrete applications of AI in TV and events as well as a subsequent panel discussion that provided an outlook on the opportunities and changes in the working world of both industries.
KAISERSCHOTE Event Catering accompanied the event as a preferred partner with its ‘VEGAN+X’ concept. The Cologne-based event caterer impressed with carrot flan with deep-fried wild garlic and roasted sunflower seeds. Another culinary highlight was the vegan scallops - a composition of herb sautéed mushrooms, truffled pea puree and vegan bacon crunches.
The main course ‘VEGAN+*X’ consisted of celeriac in a salt crust with cassis jus and smoked berries, accompanied - optionally for the non-vegans - by Angus beef, roast beef and ox cheeks with mashed corn and potatoes and fresh snow peas. As a sweet finale, the KAISERSCHOTE team served warm, fluffy yeast buns with vanilla pudding on a turntable as well as oat crunch, chocolate chips and brittle & co.
The culinary composition and presentation also pleased the customer: ‘It was as delicious as it looks! Fantastic what you conjured up yesterday!’ wrote Nico Roden, CEO of MMC Studios and Magic Eye, in his LinkedIn post about the event.
