We as organizers are happy if we can contribute to keeping the C02 footprint of your event small. Online registration helps to reduce paper consumption: the congress website, online program planner and congress apps offer the possibility of paperless information. They can replace the printed congress program and the abstract volume. We send out invoices for the participation fee and certificates of attendance electronically. We provide electronic evaluation forms for the medical associations and the name badges are made of cardboard and do not require plastic sleeves. Together with Deutsche Bahn, we offer discounted event tickets to reduce car traffic. Tickets for local public transport can be linked to the name badges. For digital training courses, we have developed a mobile TV studio that enables high-quality and captivating events.
