Rikolonia is an owner-operated company with a dedicated team of full-time and freelance drivers. Our fleet currently consists of 12 rickshaws, which are serviced daily in our in-house bicycle workshop. Our initiatives
- The topic of environmentally conscious mobility is naturally very important to us. We take advantage of the benefits of cycling: Our rickshaws travel through Cologne’s Old Town without using fossil fuels, keeping the carbon footprint per person and per ride to a minimum. This allows us to offer event organizers a clean, quiet, and resource-efficient transportation solution right on site. Eight of our rickshaws are powered by electric motors and green electricity, while the other eight are powered by human muscle power. Whether it’s a private city tour or in the midst of trade show business—we dream of more green spaces and more room in Cologne for pedestrians and cyclists. To that end, we pedal every day and remain mindful of sustainability in our office and workshop when it comes to products, suppliers, and solutions.
