In our 275 square metre indoor area, divided into an event room (185 square metres), welcome area (47 square metres) and buffet area (43 square metres), you have space for up to 180 people to celebrate, dine, meet and network, depending on the seating arrangement. Our 600 sqm outdoor area invites you to move the aperitif or sundowner to the terrace.
Our location is of course barrier-free, has ventilation and allows a wonderful interplay with daylight through the generous glass fronts.
Our WLAN is available throughout the building via NetCologne's fibre optic network. A convenient login is possible via the QR code provided. Our event room has an electric roller screen that can be lowered with a switch. The screen has a 16:9 format and a screen size of 300 cm x height 179 cm wide. There is also a ceiling-mounted projector (7,000 lumens) suitable for daylight. This can project onto the screen in Full HD (1920x1080). An HDMI connection for kund:innen's own notebooks including a corresponding HDMI connection cable is available in the location. Our location has a sound system designed for high speech intelligibility and even sound distribution. The acoustic localisation starts from a speaker's position in front of the window to the terrace and from there the sound is directed towards the entrance via 4 speakers. In the case of music playback (DJ or band), it is highly recommended that our system is supplemented by a powerful sound system with bass speakers (by the DJ/band or by external technical service providers). A wireless handheld microphone is available as a feed for the installed sound system. There is a small mixer in the room with a 3.5 mm mini-jack cable (headphone connection) and a Bluetooth receiver to play background music. Alternatively, there is a connection option near the screen for a DJ / band (mono XLR) or a notebook (3.5 mm mini jack cable). A connection cable is available. Two additional speakers are installed in each of the two adjoining rooms to transmit the sound from the event room at individual volumes if required. This is also controlled via the small mixing console in the event room.
