From the origins of the oldest Kölsch brewery in Cologne-Deutz to the current location in Kalk on the former site of the "Neu-Deutz" colliery, we have been cultivating our brewing tradition for almost 200 years now. Since then, Kölsch has belonged to Cologne like the cathedral to the Rhine!
