Cologne was voted the number one favourite event destination by the participants of the survey. But the Cologne event industry also impressed its customers in terms of locations, catering and decoration.
The Deutsches Sport & Olympia Museum was voted the most popular event location to coincide with its 25th anniversary, followed by the Seepavillon in second place. The Schokoladenfabrik, the Flora and the XPost also scored well in the ranking.
The most popular catering companies in Cologne include Lemonpie, Kaiserschote and Kirberg Catering. Dekorent impresses with rental furniture and decoration and takes third place in the category of event equipment for non-food catering.
